In the first major tournament of 2025 we pay homage to some legendary plays from 2024. Buried in the visual language and sound design are clues to the next agent release: a prismatic Radiant from Thailand. We teased her throughout the tournament with all the live service visual ID updates that seamlessly blended game and sport.
Our Thai agent, Waylay, arrived on the UOB Live stage in Bangkok to the adoration of a Thai audience. With a SAG strike in full effect we pushed for a visual spectacle of light that highlighted her power fantasy. Her arrival broke dawn in a live service visual update from the darker colors of the MASTERS tournament to her bright, prismatic color palette.
What would an agent launch be without a hype gameplay trailer? Set to a remix of Waylay’s theme, “One Punch” by Thai rapper Milli, the gameplay trailer was made in collaboration with our internal capture and dev teams. I set up themes for the gameplay and our capture team cooked. Together we polished it into a duelist’s dream.
